Resident Evil: Revelations Finally Sells Over A Million Units

by Ben Reeves on Feb 07, 2014 at 02:04 PM

A million units is a big benchmark for a game to hit. Some titles are able to hit that mark in a matter of days, but others, such as Resident Evil: Revelations, take a little more time.

Resident Evil: Revelations was one of the better Resident Evil games in recent years. The title originally released on 3DS back in 2012, but eventually made it's way to 360, PS3, Wii U and PC as well. Capcom has finally sold over 1.1 copies of the game across these platforms.

Our Take
I want to say congratulations to Capcom, but it's almost sad that it took this long for the game to sell a million units. I love Revelation's cross between older exploration design and the series newer heavy focus on combat. If you're a Resident Evil fan, do yourself a favor and play this game. I recommend playing it on console, because the controls feel better.
