Report: Mario Kart 8 Coming In May
Nintendo held a investor conference tonight where it revealed a number of plans for the company's future, including the release window for Mario Kart 8.
The May release window for Mario Kart 8 is a confirmation for Japan, but Mario Kart 7 released in Japan and North America by a gap a few days, so it's fair to assume that the May release covers both countries.
Apparently the game will have an increased focus on GamePad play designed to have a fast start-up so players can quickly get to the game without using their televisions.
