Get Your First Look At The Sly Cooper Movie In Motion
Sony and Rainmaker Entertainment have released the first trailer for the upcoming Sly Cooper film. Watch it to see Sly, Murray, and Bentley in the middle of an exciting score, with police in tow.
The film is being directed by Kevin Munroe (TMNT, Freaky Flyers), and animated by Rainmaker Entertainment. Rainmaker is perhaps best known for its work on the pioneering CG TV series ReBoot, as well as several animated Barbie films. The company is also developing a film based on Ratchet & Clank.
The Sly Cooper movie is scheduled for a 2016 release.

I'm curious to see what people who don't follow games think of this movie. If you aren't familiar with the characters, it looks like yet another animated heist movie, like The Nut Job. With a 2016 release, Sony has plenty of time to educate the public, or to release trailers that show what exactly sets this one apart from the rest.
