Cranky Will Be A Playable Kong In Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze
Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Aime made an appearance at VGX Live to announce Cranky as a playable Kong and a release date for Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.
Fils-Aime showed off two new levels from the game, and revealed it will release on February 21 on Wii U. Cranky Kong will play differently than the other Kongs thanks to the assistance of a cane that he uses much like Scrooge McDuck in DuckTales. He is able to bounce on the cane for added height, as well as jump on spikes without taking damage.
