The lights are on
We haven't been keeping our involvement with Extra Life much of a secret, but that's because it's for a good cause. Come play some games with us tomorrow and raise some money for children's hospitals.
Tomorrow at 9am CST, the Game Informer editors, interns, and friends will be participating in Extra Life, an annual gaming marathon that raises money for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare. Be sure to tune in to our livestream for a chance to win some great prizes. You can also join the GI Extra Life team here.
Email the author Ben Reeves, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
I may just check it out...
I will watch. #teamodell
What games are being played? Will you guys finally attempt the Conker replay during this? I'll watch this tomorrow for sure though, I've got nothing going on the whole day.
How long is it going to go? I got a good long work day ahead of me tomorrow starting at 9 CST. I may just wire a donation to you guys anyways.
Excited for this! So much work went into getting this ready. I can't wait for tomorrow.
All I was able to raise was $50 dollars but I'm happy I was able to at least contribute. Hoping to get at least one more donation tomorrow. Also I'm super excited to see how much money was raised over all this year.
This will an epic gaming event and such an amazing cause; I'm proud to be a gamer and support of the arts. ^_^
count me in, I'll be watching your live stream and playing at the same time. I'll be donating a bit too.
GI upped the ante this year. Kudos for your efforts. Here's hoping more will contribute. Go Team GIO!
I shall donate $100 for you guys to play Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando. When that part of the stream starts.
I forgot it was 9am central time so I'm up and ready far in advance.
Playing SMT IV while you guys do your thing :)
