The lights are on
Most of Game Informer’s editors will be busy making their way through the Kalos region in Pokémon X & Y this weekend. Some might also visit Gotham City and Los Santos before Monday.
Tim Turi: This weekend is all about Pokémon and catching up with some Top 50 Games of the Year contenders. The action starts off with Rayman Legends and Lego City Undercover on Wii U this evening. I’m also one gym and a fight with the Elite Four away from beating Pokémon X. In addition I hope to begin Beyond: Two Souls and continue my co-op adventure with Kim through Dead Space 3.
Jeff Marchiafava: This week I plan to catch up on some downloadable titles. I still haven’t played the first episode of Wolf Among Us, and I want to start Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. I’m also hoping to put some more time into the new Star Wars Pinball tables, and cause some more havoc in GTA Online.
Ben Hanson: I have been playing too much Pokémon lately, so this weekend I'm going to spend some more time playing Pokémon. The next step is to face the Elite Four. I've found the game to be ridiculously easy so far, so I'm hoping they put up a good fight. Needless to say, I love the game. Outside of that, I might start Batman: Arkham Origins or continue Lego Marvel. Have a good weekend!
Kyle Hilliard: Pokémon keeps pulling me back in for random reasons, so I will probably continue to play that a bit. Otherwise, I really want to finish Grand Theft Auto V before tackling Batman, and I am enjoying my time with Wind Waker HD. I got the swift sail recently which has given me a lot more motivation to keep re-playing the game.
Katie Seville: I’ll be playing more Pokémon, especially now that I’ve finished manipulating my team’s natures and stats. I may have time for some BioShock Infinite this weekend as well, but Saturday is reserved for working on my Halloween costume.
Isaac Perry: I’m working on my Halloween costume. I won’t have much time this weekend, but if I find myself with an opportunity I will continue my quest into DMC. I would also like to add that DMC is awesome.
Mike Trinh: After spending too much time this week Super Training my Pokemon team and maxing out EVs, I can finally progress in the game. I’m hoping to at least get to the fourth gym before the end of the weekend. Any spare time will probably be spent playing Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons on PC.
What are you guys doing this weekend? Let us know in the comments.

Picked up Arkham Origins, but have to work all weekend up until Wednesday. That's when I'll really dive into it, and I can't wait! Have a good weekend!
I've still gotta a lot of stuff I can do in GTA V, lots of chos I can cause !! So I'll definitely be doing that. I've also got the week off, so I'm gonna have to think of some games to play, thinking of buying Lego Marvel, saw the test chamber for it & it looks awesome !!
Pokemon X, GTAV, LoL and FFXIV!
I have to work all weekend :( but I'm hoping I can find time to finish Wolf Among Us and some Pokemon Y if its possible...
Gonna finish on up my 1st play-through of Beyond Two Souls then I believe I'ma dedicate the rest of my weekend to Silent Hill 4: The Room & Grabbing some more trophies on Silent Hill 3 with my 2nd play-through of that. All in all if I have some free time I'll dwell into a little bit of Diablo III
Pokémon Y will be taking up most of my gaming time. Its the first Pokémon game I've bought and played since LeafGreen, and I got to say it's the GotY for 3DS. Hands down. Also I recently watched the movie Immortals again and it got me really wanting to play God of War and seeing as though I've never played it before and I bought the HD remake collection for 7 bucks really makes marathoning through that even easier to do. XD ...but I also have a stack of projects to complete for my economics class too...
I'm dividing my time between Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi and an old PS2 favorite: Dynasty Warriors 6: Special. I still love the game, but now I have a renewed appreciation for DW7 and 8's tighter, faster, more responsive controls. I had completely forgotten that the older titles weren't quite as responsive as their PS3 kin. That aside, I might try Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. That game has been sitting on my shelf was too long. .
Pokemon X, for sure
Just got Batman: Arkham Origins, a 2DS, and Pokemon Y yesterday. Going to be set for gaming for a month
I might go back and play some rounds in Halo 4. Other than that, I'll be hanging out with a friend.
Borderlands splitscreen co-op and maybe a little bit Remember Me, Beyond: Two Souls or DmC.
I am still working my way through Star Ocean till the End of Time. Beyond that, no specific plans.
Kimmy and Timmy sitting in a tree..... playing Dead Space number 3
This weekend, i'm playing a little bit of Pokemon X, a lot of Animal Crossing: New Leaf, a good amount of Rayman Legends, and Euro Truck Simulator 2. Pokemon X is a great game, but i'm not playing a ton of it this weekend. I've been playing a TON of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is so addicting! Rayman Legends is also a great platformer, and I have been enjoying my time playing it. Euro Truck Simulator 2 was also on sale on Steam again so I was able to purchase a copy. I loved the demo and am loving the full version so far!
Im off to Tuchanka and then heading over to to save the Citadel :3 I'll be pretty busy
