The lights are on
We already knew that Sony's new controller would have "limited functionality" with PCs, now it appears that the Apple crowd will be able to game with the new controller as well.
Vine user Chris Gallizzi posted this brief video of himself using a DualShock 4 to play Hotline Miami on his Mac. We don't know how functional it will be across the board with Mac games, or what, if any limitations there will be.

Our Take:It's not earth-shattering, and Mac isn't exactly the biggest gaming platform, but any extra functionality that we can get out of our purchase is great news. It will be interesting to see if developers on PC and Mac embrace the DualShock 4.

That's pretty cool, considering how the Mac community tends to get shafted on things like this.
I wonder if it has Linux support.
The DualShock 3 has Mac support so it only makes sense, but I am happy to see it officially announced.
So if it has Mac support, does that mean I can use it on my FreeBSD gaming rig?
Coral... Mac App Store, here I come!
That's cool for mac users.
DualShock 4 Really PC and Mac maybe user battery?
Although I don't use my Mac to play any games, this will sure be interesting and I will give it a try!
enough with telling how good the controller works with ps3, pc and mac...let me know some good news about the ps4, because as of lately, there really hasn't been any good news...
I use my Razer Sabertooth for PC and xbox. 6 extra buttons, same xbox feel, customization. probably staying full pc now so I could care less with the new consoles.
awesome! now, maybe ms is trying to do the same way!
Just picked up my dualshock 4 and my playstation 4 camera today. Gamestop has them in
