The lights are on
Magic: The Gathering has been around for 20 years, and in that time the game has grown and matured alongside its player base. It's also spawned a number of custom formats, one of which is "the cube."
The cube is a large set of cards designed to play well together that are then split into 15-card packs and "drafted" by players into new decks for each play. A group of well-known indie personalities have taken that one step further and created a set of cards that pay homage to the best (and worst) of indie development.
Included in the set are 360 cards split amongst the five colors of magic (White, Blue, Black, Red, Green) along with multi-colored and uncolored groups. Each has custom artwork, and the set includes new keyword abilities and creature types.
The team of Andy Hull (Spelunky), George Fan (Plants vs. Zombies), Edmund McMillen (Super Meat Boy), Tommy Refenes (Super Meat Boy), Kyle Pulver (Snapshot), Laura Shigihara (Composer on Plants vs. Zombies, To the Moon, World of Warcraft), Derek Yu (Spelunky) have put together something really special. You can check out the full visual spoiler (pictures of all the cards) on the Indie Custom Cube website.

I feel like this game might be loosing its dignity.
Some of them are genuinely funny, others i want just to say i have...
Wasn't expecting to see Fresh Pretty Cure cosplayers when I was browsing these.
So this is the new version of Uglued, but you can actually play with them?
I love this kind of stuff, people all over the internet make fake cards all the time and they always make me laugh, as a fan of parody and a huge fan of Magic itself for a long time.
No these are not new Unglued (that would be Unhinged)
The EA one made me laugh.
The website's been taken down. Apparently there was a huge backlash at the cards on Twitter and Reddit.
