Kingdom Rush: Frontiers Is About To Get Spooky

Kingdom Rush: Frontiers players will have another reason to return to the battlefield this month, with the release of a new update. The Oct. 31 release is, appropriately enough, Halloween themed. It adds nine new enemy types, a pair of new heroes, and, of course, pumpkins.

Check out the trailer below to see vampire hunter Dante take down mobs with his twin pistols, and the skeleton dragon Bonehart poison crowds with his green breath.

Our Take
Kingdom Rush: Frontiers is one of the best games I've played this year, and I'm looking forward to revisiting it. I'll even try to overlook the holiday theme – usually, the appeal of fighting in a Halloween setting wears off in about a month. The month of October, coincidentally.
