The lights are on
With The Walking Dead Season Two expected this fall, now's a good time for Telltale to release a Game of the Year edition for Season One.
A NeoGAF poster spotted an ESRB listing for the GOTY edition, which not only lists the cuss words and adult situations contained therein, but that it's coming for the Mac, PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
A tweet from the official Telltale Games account also says that "big news" about Season Two is coming soon. It's unknown if the GOTY edition of Season One will be out before then.

Our Take:The ESRB listing doesn't mention Season One's DLC 400 Days, but it would be a logical addition for the GOTY version.

Can't wait for it. I'm hoping that they treat their PC fans a little better by matching the console prices, and also allowing us to buy the episodes separately like the rest of the platforms- something that they've been fairly inconsistent with The Wolf Among Us.
It would be nice to hear them say October 22nd is the release day for Episode 1. I can only hope though right LOL
of course it will have 400 days. if not it is just the regular release.
Season Two will probably be awesome, if The Wolf Among Us is any indication of the advancements that Telltale has made in their particular games-making formula. I want to see a cast of characters that is in an entirely safe area that becomes more and more unsafe. Like the prison in the comics.
I was at GameStop the other day and saw that it was reservable. Couldn't find any info on it though.
The Walking Dead was hands down my GOTY for 2012. I've been waiting so patiently for season 2 to come out. I just hope it launches on current and next gen at the same time. I would really hate to have to wait like 6 months for a ps4 version.
Feels like forever waiting for season 2, they better not piss me off and release it on PS3 later than X-Box..
I want more Wolf Among Us now its soo good!!!!

Reminds me yet again of when I bought the Modern Warfare GOTY Edition and got basically the standard edition with a darker cover.
Since they've released this game on nearly every system possible, including iPhone, I'd be interested in seeing the Wii U get in on this series. I've already bought and played all the current episodes as they released for PS3, but I could imagine the game running a tad bit smoother on Wii U, and the game pad could integrate a touch screen control option similar to the mobile phone version.
I imagine that 400 Days would indeed be the only logical addition that they could make for a Walking Dead GOTY, as there's really no other DLC they've made or probably will make by now. Most excited for Season 2's announcement. Loved everything about Walking Dead and can't imagine the adrenaline rush that Telltale will send me on soon.
What would be in the GOTY edition besides the whole game + 400 Days? Bonus missions? Side Quests? New Clothing? Maybe...maybe it includes a pass for one or two episodes of season 2!
