Xbox 360 Bundling Up For The Winter Holidays

by Kyle Hilliard on Oct 11, 2013 at 08:06 AM

Microsoft has announced a handful of discounted Xbox 360 bundles for the holiday season that will come packaged with games like Tomb Raider and Halo 4.

There are three bundles to choose from. The 250 GB Kinect model comes with a Kinect device, Kinect Sports: Season Two, Kinect Adventures, Forza Horizon, and a month of Xbox Live Gold for $399.99. The 4 GB model comes with a Kinect device, Kinect Sports: Season Two, Kinect Adventures, and a month of Gold for $299.99. Finally the 250 GB non-Kinect model comes with copies of Halo 4, Tomb Raider, and a month of Gold for $299.99.

Also worth noting, between October 13 and January 4, 2014, each of these bundles will have a $50 discount.

Our Take
Pretty soon, everyone is going to be talking next-gen and Xbox One, but these bundles are still farily worthwhile if you're not ready to take the expensive next-gen plunge, but still want to play some good games. Microsoft says it will still be supporting the Xbox 360 for the next three years, so it's not a bad time to grab one, even it will be sitting right next to an Xbox One on the store shelf.
