The lights are on
Konami has revealed the release dates for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow HD Collection. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 bundles will include Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, both pieces of DLC (Reverie and Resurrection), and an HD update to the 3DS' Mirror of Fate. It will also include a demo for Lords of Shadow 2.
Konami says that North America will get the game on November 5. European dates are November 8 in the UK and November 7 everywhere else in Europe. The collection will cost $39.99, and the DLC, Mirror of Fate, and the demo are all included as vouchers (and not on the disc).
Our TakeI was late to the party on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and it's well worth playing. The Reverie and Resurrection DLC packs are critical for narrative purposes, and while I wouldn't recommend buying them a la carte, their inclusion is critical to the story.
I haven't yet played Mirror of Fate, and I'm excited to give that a try when it hits home consoles. In short, if you have any interest in Castlevania, this origin story should be on your must-play list.

reminds me i should get to hurrying up on beating the 1st before 2 comes out ( since 2 looks interesting)
That demo's gonna force me to buy this.
I still need to play this. Heard it was awesome but for some reason never got around to it.
This is one of my favorite games and the franchise that introduced me to gaming (Super Castlevania IV).
Don't miss out on this, I might even get this as my second copy!
We need a price for MOF on psn/xbox download.
The DLC is really what's pushing me towards buying this. I was waiting forever for a complete edition of LoS, but we never got one. This is about as close as we'll get. The issue I have now, is that I'm a little OCD about my collection. I prefer separate games to be in separate cases, with the exception of HD collections. This is called an HD collection, but it totally isn't. I'm sure Mirror of Fate will be available on it's own, so I feel like picking that up and then just downloading the DLC might be a better fit for me...
Haven't played this but always wanted to & now I'll get the chance finally!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad this came so I don't have to go track down the first game.
This is pretty nice, I have been planning on getting LoS for a while now anyway.
release it for Wii U. I mean the second one came out for the 3ds, so all the comands on the lower screen could be used by using the wii u.
