The lights are on
It's been a frustrating few days for players who have been looking forward to digging into Grand Theft Auto Online. Rockstar has issued a message to players who have been unable to connect to GTA V's online multiplayer. Basically, they've solved some of the problems, and more fixes are incoming.
The post on Rockstar's official site is more comprehensive, but that's the gist of it. Here is Rockstar's more in-depth update.
Rockstar adds that its entire team is working on these connectivity issues around the clock, and that they're hoping to have these initial technical issues resolved as quickly as possible.
Our TakeIt's not surprising that this week's launch of Grand Theft Auto Online has been bumpy, but that hasn't made it any less frustrating to affected players. Dan wrote an editorial about the benefits of being patient, but I know that doesn't make things any less annoying when you block off game time and wind up staring at a never-ending load screen. For the sake of everyone who's playing (or plans on joining the action soon), here's hoping that everything does indeed get fixed.
