The lights are on
Nintendo announced a new Kirby game during its Nintendo Direct presentation this morning. The game doesn't have an official title, or a release date, but it will be available on 3DS next year. From the trailer shown during the reveal, Kirby's 3DS game looks to deliver traditional Kirby gameplay. Some new powers are showcased like a rhino horn, and it looks to take advantage of the handheld's stereoscopic capabilities by moving Kirby back and forth along multiple planes.

When I saw this during the Direct... I literally started cheering and clapping. This game looks like so much dang fun!!!
Kirby! I'm so getting this.
It keeps saying the video is no longer available. I want to see it!
YES! YES! The 3DS needs a new Kirby game! :D I'm definitely going to buy this when it releases! Right now, the gameplay footage looks great! It seems like Nintendo is making good use of the 3D effects and the 2D platforming looks great! I'm still waiting for a 2.5D Metroid 3DS game, though...
It looks awesome! I haven't played a Kirby game in a long time, I will definitely have to get this!
All right, a Kirby game seems fun. Now, about Star Fox....
May have to finally get a 3DS. You can never go wrong with a great Kirby game.
I like how Kirby just murders the poor Waddle Dees minding their own business.
Anyway, 3DS keeps on getting better.
Day 1 buy for me.
I need to keep my sister from seeing this. Or if necessary, acquire a 2DS just for her.
Yes! Totally a must- get! :D
Looks like it will make good use of the 3D effects.
