The lights are on
Mike Futter: I'll be continuing my journey through Diablo III on Xbox 360 and PS3. Depending on what the weekend brings, I might play some Scribblenauts Unlimited or dive deep into my stack of shame. I've still got lots to play from this generation, including some of this year's best titles.
Ben Hanson: I'm feeling the pressure to finish off Mario and Luigi: Dream Team before Pokemon comes out next month. I'm 40 hours in so I would think that I'm nearing the end? I want to like the game more than I do, having just played the original Paper Mario earlier in the year and loving every second of it my expectations were a bit high for the 3DS RPG. Other than that, I'm going to continue driving around aimlessly in GTA V.
Andrew Reiner: Outside of Game Informer's Tuesday live stream, I haven't had much time to sink into Grand Theft Auto V yet. I've only put six to seven hours into it, but I hope to get that number up to 15 or 20 over the weekend. I'm also going to an indie wrestling match on Saturday night.
Email the author Ben Reeves, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
I just picked up a Wii U today and started up The Wind Waker. The game looks incredible, and among all the other improvements everybody's talking about, you can un-invert the x axis in this version.
I'm going to begin GTA V this weekend. I recieved my copy on launch day but haven't gotten around to playing it yet. Words can't adequately describe my excitement.
Going to a big music festival! Then some GTA :)
This weekend I will watch Ohio State destroy FAMU and make a angry phone call to EA Sports because my Fifa 13 disk just broke for no reason. I am also planning on playing Ocarina of time on wii eshop and some fire emblem the sacred stones.
I beat Killzone Mercenary last night so I started playing the Godfather 2 since I didn't have GTA V but I ended up buying GTA V today so I'll be playing that this weekend!!! Maybe should have gotten Kingdom Hearts???
Beat Killsone Mercenary last night!!! Started playing The Godfather 2 cause I didn't have GTA V. Bought GTA V today after I went to watch Prisoners!!!! Now I'll be playing GTA V this weekend!!!
I traded in my Metro Last Light to Gamestop today and turned in my application. I need to work there to support my gaming expenses:) I bought Tiny Tina DLC for Borderlands 2 and The Walking Dead 400 Days. I have also been playing Bioshock Infinte's DLC Clash in the Clouds. Time to game!
Been busy the whole week for the most part so I plan on trying to go back to the gym, since I beginning to feel very rotound. Other than that, while everyone is enjoying GTA5, I will be the odd duck and explore the Mojave Wasteland in New Vegas. Trust me, I am not willingly depriving myself of GTA 5, I have my midnight release copy sitting next to me but for some reason I am entrenched with this 3 -4 year old buggy gem of a game...
Long live Obsidian!!!
As you so succinctly put it: GTA V!
I've also been playing Splinter Cell: Blacklist on PC, which is a badass game, must-have for anyone who likes stealth and/or tactics in their shooters. But let's be honest here, I'm not gonna touch that game again for at least another week or two. I mean... c'mon, it's GTA V. Also, in the spirit of the occasion, I've been playing Vice City on my iPhone while I poop. Cheers!
I'll be playing GTAV, and now that book 2 of The Legend Of Korra has started and I have book 1 on DVD I'm thinking about watching them all again since it has been a while since I've seen them. I kinda want to go see Prisoners to.
Mostly GTA V, but also playing through Shadowrun Returns and had started playing through a few games on Virtual Console on my WiiU, so might jump into those a bit too.
Aside from the usual weekend shenanigans.
I'll probably be playing lots of Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper, just got my first level 99 character.
Baseball game, car work, maybe some Dragon Age:Origins/PvZ2/FFIV mix in between.
I'll be continuing to watch Bones (halfway through season 6 so far), and playing more Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, trying to get past the lightning barriers in the Music Box level, which I've been having a bunch of trouble with so far.
Bastion just crossed off my Indie to-do list. Hmmm... what next? Limbo? Super Meat Boy? Brutal Legend? Hotline Miami? So many choices.
