The lights are on
Makoto Ikehara, the creator of the Breath of Fire series, has a new RPG in the works for iOS devices in Japan.
Blade Fantasia is a, "light and smart, full-scale RPG," according to the game's Japanese trailer below. It's an RPG that can be played with one hand where players flick spells and attacks towards the enemies.
The game is coming to Japanese iOS devices at the end of the month. It's unclear if the game will be coming to North America yet.
Our TakeI like the idea of being able to play a full-scale RPG with one hand on an iPhone. There's is a certain point of complication where mobile games become frustrating to play, and it's often when you must use both hands in order to play. Hopefully Capcom brings Blade Fantasia stateside.

Who is out there playing these games on mobile phones?
Students on the bus to school?
People with long public transportation commutes?
My commute is 3 minutes, by car, so I'm obviously not using the phone then...when would I play this?
If I'm out, guaranteed I'm not going to be gaming, and if I'm home, I'll use a real system with real games...and a controller!
