Impressive Chart Visualizes More Than 700 NES Releases

by Kyle Hilliard on Sep 17, 2013 at 04:34 AM

Pop Chart Lab, a site devoted to the curation of interesting data in visually appealing chart forms, recently tackled the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The chart/poster, which you can see below, organizes the more than 700 NES games that were released between 1984 and 1993 in a visualized solar system set adrift in space. There are more than 100 graphics and illustrations highlighting some of the more notable games, and a color-coding system that dictates each game's genre.

You can head to the Pop Chart Lab website to get a better look at the poster, as well as purchase a 24" x 36" for $26. Every poster is numbered, and signed by the artists who created it.
