Nordic Games Plans The Future Of THQ's Titles

by Mike Futter on Sep 03, 2013 at 11:20 AM

Back in April, Nordic Games walked away from the second THQ intellectual property auction $4.9 million poorer, but dozens of properties richer. Included in the publisher's haul are Darksiders, Titan Quest, and the console distribution rights to two Double Fine digital titles (Costume Quest and Stacking). We caught up with business and product development director Reinhart Pollice at Gamescom to talk about the publisher's plans.

Included in our conversation is hope for Darksiders fans, an explanation of the ongoing conversation with Double Fine, and the company's view on selling off pieces of its acquistion. Be sure to read up on Nordic Games, the properties it acquired from THQ, and our reaction to the purchase.
