The lights are on
Every year, Universal Orlando puts together an impressive collection of haunted houses and horror attractions. This year, Universal is looking towards The Walking Dead, Evil Dead, The Cabin in the Woods, and Resident Evil.
Universal consulted with Capcom, specifically Resident Evil 6 producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, on the creation of Halloween Horror Nights 23's main event. The attraction takes place in Raccoon City and features enemies from the game like Lickers, Cerberuses, Nemesis himself, and of course zombies. The house attempt to recreate the experience of the video game in some surprising ways.
"One room in the haunted house will appear as if an action-packed fight scene is paused, as if the gamer has taken a quick break before returning to the horror of Raccoon City. The Resident Evil franchise is now firmly."
Halloween Horror Nights 23 begins September 20 and ends November 2. To learn more, head here.

Totally jealous. Bring this to Hollywood please. :]
That's pretty cool. Too bad for me it's very far away...
So will it go like the theme park in Japan?
I'll be there with my wife for our honeymoon come October! Can't wait!
"The Resident Evil franchise is now firmly."
Now firmly what? Why does that sentence just end like that? TELL ME!!!!
Freaking awesome, I wish I could go!
Those haunted house themes are really cool. Too bad I can't see them for myself.
I love living by Universal. I can go see this. YES
I would love to go to this!! :/
I actually plan on going to Florida but not until Dec.-Jan. during winter break. I would have definitely gone to this if I could.
Awesome! My Universal Studios is doing I Frankenstein.
The resident evil franchise is very firm indeed. On a non joke note, they asked the guy who did re6 to do this, but re6 was the least scary game in the series. What's sad is in the game he felt fine with every enemy having a gun, now when it's to late and it's work for some stupid haunted house he decides it's the perfect time to go old school with re. I guess he realized zombies with guns aren't scary, just lame.
