The lights are on
It's been just over a week since Saints Row IV was unleashed onto an unsuspecting world. In that time, publisher Deep Silver and developer Volition have put their purple product in the hands of over one million people.
Furthermore, PC sales in the first week tripled those of Saints Row: The Third, which was released by THQ in 2011. Deep Silver acquired Volition and the Saints Row franchise from THQ's bankruptcy for $22.3 million.
Our TakeDeep Silver's acquisition of THQ's properties was a huge risk for the publisher. It's paying off. Metro: Last Light (also acquired from THQ) was a huge hit, and there will be more titles in that series coming.
Saints Row: The Third was my favorite game of 2011. Saints Row IV is one of the most fun experiences I've had in 2013. I'm looking forward to seeing what the dynamic duo of Volition and Deep Silver come up with for next generation.

I've been having a lot of fun with SRIV. It'll definitely hold my attention for the three weeks remaining till GTAV. I'm really happy to see Deep Silver make the right choices and handle these properties correctly.
Huh...it must be the giant purple ***.
I'm so glad it did well. Deep Silver runs hot n cold and I do like them. Volition knocks it out of the park once again I'm having so much fun playing this
What? no! the PC is dying! dying! PLEASE BuY A NEXT GEN CONSOLE.

SR4 is awesome. Playing it since release day and just can't put it down. I feel 100% same as Mike in his take. SR3 was my GOTY back in its time and SR4 is looking to be my GOTY this year.
It's too bad about the game freezing and that one glitched trophy. :/
Nice!!!! The fans are loyal to this crazy series. I know I am.
