The lights are on
Atlus has announced that it will publish the sixth installment of the Tex Murphy adventure series entitled Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure.
The game is due out in early 2014 and will be available via Steam for PC and Mac. Developer Big Finish Games co-funded the project on Kickstarter in 2011 as Project Fedora.
Tesla Effect – an FMV adventure – opens with the titular post-apocalyptic detective regaining consciousness next to his office with bodily injuries and no memory of the last seven years of his life.

I wonder what Phil Kollar thinks of this.
This actually looks really cool. I had only ever heard of Tex Murphy, never played any of the games, but I may have to look into this.
This is the 1 *** US game they do a year
Tesla, not telsa. yolo
This is like trying to keep an outdated art form in use, it's practicality is minimal. You would have to make something really amazing for it to be worth doing, and this doesn't look like Stanley kubrics new movie about the nutritional value of brains.
Does the band tesla do the soundtrack?
Oldsters seem to really like the Tex Murphy games. Atlus is a great company. I suppose I should check this out if the games are supposed to be good and the Shin Megami Tensei/Persona/Etrian Odyssey publisher deems it worthy :)
So, who bought Atlus?
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG, I'm so excited about getting to play another Tex Murphy game.
OMG lol great, it would be neat to play a new game for this series. Not sure if I still like this style of game, but played these when I was very young on my dad's friend's PC.
