The lights are on
We're a little over a month away from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD's October 4 release date, and it appears that Nintendo has accidentally jumped the gun with an additional announcement. In a trailer that demonstrates the game's Hero Mode, an image at the end (seen above) clearly shows a Zelda-fied Wii U GamePad.
It seems that Nintendo wasn't quite ready to let that info out, as they quickly pulled the trailer. As of this writing, it can still be seen via this DailyMotion link. We're unlikely to hear any specifics on pricing until the publisher is ready to announce the bundle properly, but a rumor published by Destructoid suggests it will retail for $349.99.
Our Take:Considering it's the 32GB deluxe console and a $50 game, this should be a good choice for Nintendo fans who haven't yet taken the plunge on buying a Wii U.

Gotta love the holiday season. It's the time of year that spoilers are all to common.
I'm already on a list at Gamestop to be called when they start taking preorders for this, it's finally enough to get me to take the plunge. I'll get a Zelda themed Wii U and essentially a free copy of a game I truly want.
They should just annnounce it already so they can know how many people desperately want one!
It's official. I'm pissed off at Nintendo.
really this wasn't a accident from Nintendo but them trying to get some sales. Because there handheld can't keep things going forever lol
i would like a golden console and gamepad that would be sweet since i got a wii u id trade up for that
Why haven't I gotten a Wii U yet? It's too expensive, especially when I need to replace my ylod ps3 and damaged xbox.
But oh yeah, I WANTS this. Mmmmm.
That info was leaked two days ago...just saying Gameinformer kinda behind the ball. Second, where in the trailer did it even say October 4? And second, October 4th is a Friday, as the only title Nintendo ever released on a Friday was Star Fox 64 3D so it's highly unlikely this is the release date for it.
1: GIO, I love you, but you ARE SLOW. This was big news from Nintendo Everything and Nintendo Life days ago, please try and catch up on your Wii U reports. 2: Beyond cool. Almost sorry my family have a Wii U already, cuz that gamepad's awesome.
I'm probably going to jump on this.
damn I got my wii U like a day before this news dropped I want that gamepad nintendo start selling them as a seperate option.
i got one but i will get this game
