The lights are on
A year ago, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford mentioned that he was interested in bringing Borderlands to the PlayStation Vita. Today, on the stage of Sony's Gamescom 2013 press conference, that dream became a little more real. With the help of Divekick developers Iron Galaxy Studios, 2012's Borderlands 2 will be miniaturized and released on Sony's portable in 2014. Sony will be handling the publishing duties, making this an interesting collaboration. No word yet on which additional content (if any) will be included, but we'll be sure to prod Gearbox about it when we see them for their PAX panel.

With all the DLC please?
Great news! D1P for me! I hope it's a direct port with all DLC. In a perfect world my season pass would transfer to the Vita version as well.
Finally feel like the vita is becoming a more serious gaming device.
Was there really any demand for this?
Combined with the price drop, and cross-play, I'd get this.
Well this is great news! Would cross-saves be enabled?
I think it's time for me to pick a Vita in February.
This is exciting news! Perhaps gearbox will consider including all the dlc for free in the vita version. Also including the crosssave function would be amazing!
Heck ya! Now I'm getting a vita. Plus, the price dropped.
Finally, with this and the price drop, Vita is on my to-buy list.
Hell yeah this is great news!!!! Can't wait, I''ll get it again and have two copies.
As soon as this releases, I will buy a Vita. Gunzerking on the go? Yes please!
awesome! hope there's crossplay compatibility
Honestly, I'm pretty stoked. Borderlands is one of those games that kept me glued to my computer for months, so it'll be perfect for a handheld (especially those god-awful 12 hour plane trips :P).
Someone had to be paid. There's no other explanation for bringing the game to the Vita with so little of an audience. I have one and I like it, but really.
