The lights are on
A year ago, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford mentioned that he was interested in bringing Borderlands to the PlayStation Vita. Today, on the stage of Sony's Gamescom 2013 press conference, that dream became a little more real. With the help of Divekick developers Iron Galaxy Studios, 2012's Borderlands 2 will be miniaturized and released on Sony's portable in 2014. Sony will be handling the publishing duties, making this an interesting collaboration. No word yet on which additional content (if any) will be included, but we'll be sure to prod Gearbox about it when we see them for their PAX panel.

Well that's awesome
damn I'm so proud of sony what they're doing lately I just can't wait till all these cool things start to get released.
YEEESSS!!! I love this game!!! I hope my season pass transfers to the ps vitas version also.
This is really cool. They should definitely do this with more games, but make them available for consoles and handhelds at launch. Great move Sony.
Sounds like a good game to have on the go. If there would be any cross-save or cross-play, that would be a really nice bonus.
People are saying "oh great another port for vita" as if this isn't by far the greatest port we've seen yet. I am very excited for this! Crossplay would make this a very big thing for Vita, I think.
"And I just *** in my pants"
Wow. That's awesome.
Great I love this game, but didn't get to play it quite yet. Hopefully they will include the new characters.
This is exciting news for me. I'd love to play BL2 on the go. I never completely finished all the DLC for it.
Cross play would be huge. This is another push towards me getting a Vita, along with that sexy price drop.
