The lights are on
Shadow of the Beast was an Amiga game that was released in 1989 by Reflections Interactive. After so many years, the title is coming back in a new, reimagined form.At Sony's Gamescom 2013 press conference, the company showed off a brutal look at a deformed creature on a sandswept landscape. We'll have more on Shadow of the Beast soon.

Something about that screenshot makes me think Ray Harryhausen...but I have no memory of the original game.
I think this is a good thing? I don't know, but it sounds cool.
The strongest part of the original game is the Roger Dean art. This screen is disappointing.
I don't know what it was but I want it.
Could kick some arse. We shall see in due time.
Ha, the Wii U got a reborn old Spectrum game, the PS4 gets a reborn old Amiga game. Snazzy.
After you kill the studio that created it?...sacrilege and really sad sony.
LOOKS AWESOME =)
Never heard of it and I was playing games back then.. Looks interesting, more info please.
Man... comments are making me feel old. Shadow of the Beast was a bad ass game on Amiga, I really hope the new one will be good.
Never heard of it,but the trailer was awesome.
a huge library of amiga games were bought, so we may see more remakes of those games, and maybe a set of amiga classic collections for psn and xbox arcade.
I had an Amiga, and this game was awesome. Very hard, but very cool.
This looks sick!
When I read Shadow Of The Beast and the word "remake" i was worried it was a remake of Shadow Of The Colussus.
