Customizing Your Ride In Need For Speed: Rivals

by Ben Reeves on Aug 20, 2013 at 04:55 AM

You can play as an undercover cop in EA's upcoming racing title. How will you push the limits in Need For Speed’s open world?

At a pre-Gamescom press conference, EA talked about a new cop class called the undercover cop. As an undercover cop, you can customize sweet rides like a Porsche 911 GT3. Players can trick out their cars with different colors and liveries. Next, players will pick their speed list, which functions as a list of objectives you will have to complete. When you finish a speed list you gain money to use on new upgrades. Another way to make more money is betting on your skills after a race. When you win a race you can bank your points, but since you are still being pursued by the cops, so you can bet your points and earn extra money if you evade the cops. However, if you get caught, you’ll lose it all.

Need For Speed: Rivals looks great, and we’re looking forward to seeing betting our live savings when the game comes out for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 21.
