The lights are on
After pricing Prince Peach's castle just under $1 billion, the Movoto real estate blof decided to tackle another notable piece of video game property: Dracula's castle. For the sake of simplification, this price refers to the iteration of Dracula's castle that appeared in the original NES game.
Using Simon Belmont's height and Dracula's shoulder width to determine the game's 3D space, Movoto determined that the castle has a size of 15,680 square feet.
Taking that square footage and comparing it to the price of similar castles in Transylvania, Movoto determined that that you can own Dracula's castle for a measly $486,080.
For a full breakdown of how Movoto arrived at the price, check out their blog.

Its a buyers market
yeah. not as much as peach's castle
What about all the meat stashed behind the walls? I figure there is value in that also.
It would probably be worth more if it weren't in such an extreme state of disrepair.
I bet Castlevania: SotN castle would cost 10000 times more (and that includes hovering reverse castle.)
I need to move to Transylvania!
Hey, that's not bad! Now, tell me more about that actual castle for sale in Transylvania...
I'd like to see the price of the SotN castle, with the inverted castle added into the price. Building a castle upside down in the air is totally doable in real life, right? Right? ;)
Hmm pretty good price
Wow, Vald is really slumming it when put next to Peaches castle....
Did he take into account all the human hearts that you need to buy an the man labor to put in candles.
I'm getting a creepy vibe with the whole " A vampire used to live here" sales pitch.
