The lights are on
Activision has revealed that yesterday's mysterious "Origins" video was a teaser for the final batch of Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC, Apocalypse.
Apocalypse features four new multiplayer maps, including remakes of Black Ops' "Stadium" and World at War's "Courtyard." Origins is a new zombies experience set in a Dieselpunk version of World War I-era France. It stars the four characters from the first zombies map and explains the beginnings of the zombies storyline. In addition to battling the undead, players will also have to evade a "1,000-foot tall robot abomination."
That would explain the 1,000-foot tall robot abomination we saw in the teaser trailer.
Apocalypse releases on August 27 for 1200 Microsoft Points. It will appear on PlayStation 3 and PC in the following weeks.
Yayyyyyyyy.
I wish you could play as the giant robot.
Cool, I don't care for the multiplayer maps too much but I'm really excited to see what the zombie map is going to be like.
Zombies suck.
I've still yet to buy any of the map packs, despite playing this consistently since release.
Interesting zombies idea.
hoped for all zombies maps but might get it anyway.
