Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Origins Trailer Teases Giant Robots
A trailer has appeared on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 developer Treyarch's official YouTube page teasing something called "Origins" and it has a giant robot.
It's unclear what "Origins" is. The official description on the YouTube video reads, "Every story has a beginning...and an end." The trailer also features the four soldiers seen in the image above, as well as what appears to be World War II trenches.
Our Take
The first conclusion to jump to is some kind of DLC content for Black Ops 2. Call of Duty: Ghosts has not even released yet, so it's unlikely that Activision is ready to talk about the 2014 model of Call of Duty. The robot is certainly the most enticing bit of the teaser. Is this DLC moving Call of Duty closer to the world of science fiction? Or is this The Iron Giant sequel that we've all been waiting so many years for?
