"Suspicious Activity" Causes Crytek Websites To Go Offline

It's unclear exactly what has caused Crytek's family of websites to go offline, but it appears that some kind of security breach has occurred.

Currently, Crydev.net, Crytek.com, Mycryengine.com, and MyCrysis.com are all displaying the message seen above. GFACE.com, Crysis.com, and Warface.com are apparently unaffected and continue to remain active online.

Blue's News is reporting that users will be sent notices alerting them to change their passwords shortly. It's unclear when these websites will go back online.

Our Take
Unfortunately, it seems like these stories are appearing more and more. Stories of users' private information being used in inappropriate ways as a result of these incidents, however, we hear nothing about. Is it just that it is not getting reported on? Or are these hackers content with having private information and doing nothing with it?
