The lights are on
San Diego Comic-Con came and went, but film duo Sneaky Zebra captured its magic in this reference-packed cosplay music video.
If you have trouble naming all the geek inspirations in this clip, you can always look to the video’s YouTube description for a hint.
This is just the latest of Sneaky Zebra’s projects. Commanding Voice, a short film featuring Commander Shepard’s voice actor, Mark Meer, shows off the humorous side of an alien invasion. The group also filmed a Borderlands music video earlier this year at London Comic Con.
That was great, but the Mark Meer one is still my favorite.
Anyone who wasn't at comic con: People do no cosplay here anymore!! This video is literally made by the only people that did cosplay. If you want real cosplay go to dragon con.
I would be so embarrassed to dress up as one of those girls.... Who knows... maybe it's just because I'm a guy?
I always enjoyed watching his videos. He does such a terrific job on making them.
Awesome sauce. I had the pleasure of attending Seattle's Emerald City Comic Con, and it was sure nothing like that, but it came close with its level of attendance and guests. The good 'ole Northwest got Fem Shep herself and Captain Picard! But this looks like a blast as well. Congrats to all the attendees and those epic cosplayers.
I really want that robot in the top picture!
the fact that they got screen team show in the video made this even more epic
guess ill wait next year, I so wanted to go this year :(
Those were all some really well done costumes.
The music was great.
Wish i coulda went! Next year fo sho!
That was an awesome video, thank you!
Actually not a big fan of cosplay (suffering very year at TGS from cringe-inducing performances...), I have to say that almost all of the costumes (and accompanying makeup etc) shown in the video are really very well done. Respect.
Lovin the old school Peter Pan character @ 2:50
That was really cool, tons of awesome costumes!
