Gearbox President Teasing Borderlands 2 DLC Announcement Tomorrow
Gearbox will be at PAX Australia tomorrow, Saturday July 20, for a special Inside Borderlands panel that may see the announcement of more Borderlands 2 DLC.
When asked by a fan on Twitter if we can expect to learn about new Borderlands 2 DLC at the panel, Ptichford replied, "Saturday, yes."

The last DLC for Borderlands 2 was Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, which released on June 25. You can read more about the Assault on Dragon's Keep, Borderlands' largest DLC undertaking to date, by heading here. If new DLC is announced, that will make it Borderlands 2's sixth add-on.

Gearbox's commitment to adding new content to Borderlands 2 is impressive. It seems like every time there is some kind of industry event that features video game panels in some way, Gearbox is on-hand with new DLC announcments. It makes you wonder if Borderlands 3 is something on the studio's mind, or if they just plan on adding to Borderlands 2 for the foreseeable future.
