Will Nintendo ever make a new StarFox or F-Zero game?

The Xbox One backlash was evidence enough to show that, at this point, broadband penetration is not high enough even in the US to justify such a console. In all seriousness, Valve can't ignore Half-Life 3 forever, despite all the jokes about it. When do you see Valve actually announcing the game, and/or releasing it?
Why is it that this current generation of gamers rely on faqs, walkthroughs, guides, cheat codes, videos, etc ... to complete a game with and see no problem in doing so. Furthermore, why do they think this practice is all right and they have actually accomplished something other then simply cheating their way through a game? What happened to actually accomplishing something yourself via hard work and dedication?
