Our TakeSega's latest attempt to rethink Sonic looks interesting. There's absolutely nothing wrong with taking a little bit of influence from the Super Mario Galaxy games. I am hopeful about Sonic Lost World, but we've been hopeful for every modern Sonic game, but they always seem to end up disappointing.

This is great news! I am really excited for Sonic Lost World and can't wait to pick it up after its launch! It looks like yet another amazing Sonic game!
Yes! Just in time for my birthday!
Man...this game looks really fun. I hope they can bring Sonic to glorified platforming days. Makes me wish I had a WiiU already.
What the heck do you mean taking influence from mario galaxy? I am SICK of people saying that, It looks more like the cancelled sonic extreme than galaxy!
Glas to see this staying an exclusive, for now
I would normally say that any Sonic game in our generation is cursed, yet every time I look at it, the better it seems to be. Like Kyle says, borrowing a few elements from Super Mario Galaxy is never bad, plus Nintendo actually put their hand into this. THAT gives me the most hope that it was worth making in the first place for a company that already has Mario and 5 franchises+ to create games for. I won't be picking this up day 1 or even 2 out of caution, but I'm all the more intrigued.
I'm really hoping Sonic makes a comeback.
Sonic games have been looking up lately. Colors, Generation, All Star Racing, and now Lost World. I'll be giving Lost World a try for sure.
Now I have another game I can get someone to buy for my birthday. Thanks Sega for making things easy for me. :)
