The lights are on
At Capcom's panel at Evo 2013, the publisher announced that five new characters are coming to Street Fighter IV, as well as six new stages, and balance updates in the form of DLC.
The DLC will be $15, and will be available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Familiar characters Rolento, Elena, Hugo, and Poison will be available to add to the game, as well as a fifth new not-yet-revealed character.

Our TakeStreet Fighter IV released back in 2009, meaning the game is four years old, and it sounds like it might hit five by the time this DLC releases. Most games wouldn't still be receiving support so long after release, but in many ways Street Fighter IV isn't a typical game. Capcom knows players are still hopelessly addicted to the game, and it's rewarding long-term players for their perseverance.

I get paid over $87 per hour engaging from home with a pair of youngsters reception. I ne'er thought i would be ready to lie with however my ally earns over 10k a month doing this and he or she convinced Pine Tree State to do. The potential with this is often endless. Heres what i have been doing, www.Pro67.com
@Loise, you create $27h thats nice going lady sensible for you! My story is that I quit engaging at shoprite to figure on-line, seriously i could not be happier I work once I wish and wherever i would like. And with to a small degree effort I simply herald $35h and generally while very much like $85h…heres an honest example of what i am doing, www.Pro67.com
Seriously, I cannot imagine anyone giving two *** about this. The game is old and horribly outdated. Street Fighter might as well crawl under a hole and die.
I love you Capcom: don't let this amazing title die. Can't wait for the update.
For the haters: Capcom released this due to the demand for it. SF4 is still the premier fighter on the market and its fans have wanted an update to it, since they were getting bored for AE 2012.
$15 isn't steep. If you think about it, wouldn't you actually want other franchises to do this instead of releasing "new" titles annually? Take a quality game that fans love, but add some things each year to keep up the interest until a major, new title in the series is released.
So this is just for the original Street Fighter IV?
capcom dlc are too expensive. this is half the price of some new game. it will be without me...who do they think they are? and most peole dont even play this game any more....it is old! only the addicted sf lovers are still on it.
Poison will now be my favorite character.
I'm getting it.
Nice. Great that old games like this are still getting support. Maybe it's just because it's better than anything they could make in recent years.
i just might be the only person who thinks street fighter 4 is a terrible game..and injustice..the combat isnt fluid to me..it feels bulky and very wrong
Well I haven't played Super Street Fighter IV for about a year now, but it's insanely fun and this new DLC may entice me to play again :D at least for like a week lol.
The fact that they are still doing significant dlc for this is astonishing
I think Super Street Fighter IV was the best in repackaging. The Arcade edition didn't catch my attention too much. Maybe because it didn't have "ultra" in the name :p... still curious to see what it has to offer.
I really love street fighter 4 and having these new characters apart of it with new DLC costumes is going to be so cool. Now if the only came out with some new costumes for Cammy and Chun-Lee!!!
