The lights are on
Gran Turismo 6 comes out for the PlayStation 3 this holiday season, but you can get your hands on the demo much sooner than that.
On July 2, you can try out a few of the game's 1,200+ cars (at launch), including three from Nissan – the Leaf, 370Z, and GT-R.
If you have the ambition and skill, you can also use your qualifying time from the demo as an entry into the 2013 GT Academy, but even if you don't want to try and enter the real-life racing program, you can certainly still download the demo until August 31.
The demo starts out with some GT Academy-themed sessions before giving way to a qualifying event at the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit.

I'm definitely diving into GT6. Hopefully it's better than GT5.
With DriveClub, Need For Speed: Rivals, Forza, and heck, even Mario Kart 8, hardly even remembered that Gran Turismo had another game coming. Generally liked Gran Turismo 5 but didn't love it at all, hoping that 6 is finally gonna make content easier to unlock after 50+ hrs. Afraid that Gran Turismo's gonna stop feeling that relevant compared to NSF's hilariously fun smash 'em up gameplay.
Wow, 1200+ cars? Who is really going to drive all of them? That'd be insane. More bang for your buck I guess.
Glad to get some hands on
