The lights are on
Today is the day many iOS users have been waiting for. The shadow war against the alien invaders is finally available for iPads and iPhones. XCOM: Enemy Unknown is on the move.
Firaxis and 2K Games impressed fans of the legendary X-COM series and new players alike last year with its fantastic new take on the franchise. Now, the experience is available while away from home.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown will run you $20, but you're getting a full, current-gen single-player experience. The tabletop miniature-like multiplayer mode found in the other versions will be coming later as a free update.
You can download XCOM: Enemy Unknown from the App Store.

This is going to kill my phone's battery. Yay :)
Any word on if this will come to Android?
Are they going to come out with more downloadable Content? Cause I beat it like hundred time over.
Damn you apple!!!
I've got the 360 edition. Also, why didn't 2K and Viraxis release mobile edition along with the others?
X-Com's the perfect game to have on mobile, given how glued your gonna be to it everywhere besides just the couch or desk. Makes sense.
I refuse to buy any game for any platform that doesn't show me gameplay. I love the game on my console, but $20 for mobile? And don't expect me to buy it just because of the name, or non-gameplay footage.
Still looking pretty good, even on mobile.
