[UPDATE] PSA: Xbox Live And Xbox.com Back Up
Update #2: In case you were wondering what went wrong with Xbox Live today, here's an official statement from Microsoft.
"At 10:50 a.m. PDT today, the Xbox Live Services teams were making some networking changes that resulted in a connectivity error for all users in accessing Xbox Live and Xbox.com. Our engineering teams quickly reversed the change and all systems are restored."
Update #1: Everything seems to be working again. Carry on.

We received numerous tips (and have confirmed ourselves) that the Xbox Live service and Xbox.com are both currently down. We've reached out to Microsoft to find out what's causing the outage. The new Xbox Wire site is still live, however.
