The lights are on
Epic hit a home run with its Unreal Engine 3 this generation, as it was used in a wide variety of games and helped developers bring them to life. Now Epic has announced over a dozen middleware companies that will support the upcoming Unreal Engine 4.
Epic has announced its Integrated Partners Program for the engine, feature the following 13 tech companies and their middleware products that will be integrated with it. More could follow.
Audiokinetic - Wwise
Autodesk - Autodesk Gameware
Donya Labs - Simplygon
Geomerics- Enlighten
IDV - SpeedTree for Games
Intel - Intel Threading Building Blocks (TBB)
NaturalMotion - morpheme and euphoria
NVIDIA - PhysX and APEX
Oculus VR - Oculus Rift
RAD Game Tools - Bink Video and Telemetry Performance Visualizer
RealD - RealD Developer Kit (RDK)
Umbra Software - Umbra 3
Xoreax - IncrediBuild-XGE
