The lights are on
As if the residents of post-apocalyptic San Francisco didn’t have enough to worry about, the world of Defiance is now besieged with zombie-like enemies.
Continuing the cross-media connection between Trion Worlds’ Defiance and Syfy’s television series of the same name, actions in the game are said to impact what’s seen on the show. In this case, players must work to find a cure for an unknown plague and send a sample to the town of Defiance before the outbreak there worsens.
When the related episode airs on June 17, Defiance’s town medic, Doc Yewll, will send a distress call to a San Francisco colleague who has, perhaps, created an anti-virus. Hopefully Defiance players have done their job by then.
This free content releases today and includes new emergencies, pursuits, and a mission series that begins on June 10 and ends when the new Defiance episode airs.
We need zombies to go away for awhile, its time for something new.
Such a terrible game and they make it even worse by saying: "Hey! Zombies? Zombies."
ME TOO!!!! ME TOO ME TOO ME TOO!!!!! I HAS ZOMBIES TOO!!!!!!!
This game is the benchmark for modern, state-of-the-art gaming. An amazing achievement.
This has to be an act of desperation. Give the "Zombies" a rest and let this dog die of natural causes.
This is awesome!
....And right there you lost my wife's interest. I don't mind the zombie stuff. But for her, it's a big "F" No" .... haha great! She actually enjoyed watching this show with me.
I played some of this content last night and I must say that it was different and fun. The game is already a great game and with new content like this it just makes it even better. I'm sure that the cure will be found with all the great numbers of players that play the game. I will be getting back online tonight after work to help do my part. Great game I don't care what anyone says. For all the haters out there go play some Call of Duty.
