Former Team Bondi Devs Open New Sydney Studio

by Matt Bertz on May 28, 2013 at 08:48 AM

After a rocky end to the development of L.A. Noire and the derailing of Team Bondi's next project, Whore of the Orient, a couple developers are branching off to form their own independent studio.

L.A. Noire and Whore of the Orient design lead Alex Carlyle has teamed up with former storyboarder Kelly Baigent to form Intuitive Game Studios, which hopes to "focus intently on quality and content to proudly produce exactly the kind of game we would want to play ourselves" according to its website.

MCV Pacific reports that instead of hiring a full-time staff, the studio is firming up its ranks with independent contract workers. The studio hasn't announced what type of projects it intends to work on, but we hope to learn more soon.
