Microsoft UK: Xbox One Won't Work Without Kinect
The Kinect is a key component to the Xbox One, and it will be required to run the system.
IGN reports that it talked to Microsoft UK marketing director, Harvey Eagle, who said, "Kinect does require to be connected to Xbox One in all cases, yes."
During the system's reveal, Microsoft walked through just how integrated the peripheral was to the experience.
