Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection Coming In July
Konami revealed the release date, full contents, and retail price of its epic Metal Gear Solid collection today. This is one hell of a deal.
The collection contains what Konami says is every "canon" Metal Gear Solid game to ever be released on a PlayStation platform. Here is the complete list:

Metal Gear Solid 2: HD Edition
Metal Gear Solid 3: HD Edition (includes original MSX versions of Metal Gear & Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake)
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD Edition
Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions
Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition
The package also includes a 100 page MGS artbook as well as digital version of two Ashley Wood Metal Gear graphic novels that were never released outside of Japan.
The Legacy Collection will go on sale on July 9 for $49.99 - making this one of the best values we've seen since Valve's Orange Box.
