The lights are on
Gearbox's loot-fueled shooter Borderlands 2 has sold 6 million copies, according to publisher 2K Games. The figures were revealed in an earnings call with Take-Two, 2K's parent company. In addition to that stat, BioShock Infinite's sales were revealed at 3.7 million copies sold so far., and while no specific figures were given, season pass sales for that title are "solid."
NBA 2K13 is Take-Two's most profitable sports series, with more than five million copies sold for the third consecutive year.

Awesome, they really deserve it.
And I have both :)
2K has become another crown jewel for Take Two along with Rockstar.
I love both of these games, they are amazing and both really deserve it. Borderlands 2 might have been my favorite game from 2012, and Infinite is by far the best game I've played in years. Congrats to the guys at Irrational and Gearbox!
I am glad to see them doing so well, particularly Bioshock Infinite. It was truly a fantastic game and it deserves the success.
Wow, that's great. Infinite's amazing, but it's such a gamer's game I half-expected it to struggle. Thankfully 2K sees those numbers as something to be proud of, unlike certain other publishers who put unrealistic expectations on their games...
These are some great numbers! Well deserved.
Loved them both, though I would like to see more people playing through "Tomb Raider"....
Wow. That is great. Well deserved. If a game makes a ton of money, they will always make a sequel, for the most part. Can't wait to see what's next for the next Borderlands or Bioshock.
