The lights are on
Some of the most exciting projects in gaming are independent titles being developed by small teams. In support of this movement, Sony has announced that its online PlayStation Store would be adding a new category to specifically feature the hottest indie projects in one convenient place.
To celebrate, Sony is offering special deals on the following titles:
I had a lot of fun with Zombie Tycoon II at GDC, so that's definitely a deal worth checking out. What has been your favorite indie game in the last few years?

I kinda always associated Minis to be the default Indie category, but the more organization, the better. I hate the store the way it is now, still.
On a side note that's somewhat related...What really needs to happen is Sony adding an update to the UI of the XMB. Managing all those downloads (+ the Installers) is very annoying, especially with the inability to sort alphabetically. Creating Folders is just tedious!
The best indie exclusives exist on PS3. Journey and The Unfinished Swan are the 2 heavy hitters in my opinion. I loved Guacamelee and Thomas was alone as well, but they're available on Steam too.
I am glad that there is a new section for Indie developers, but I would not call the new Playstation Store "convenient" by any metric.
Interesting. Seems really cool. It's been a while since I've been on the PS store, never realized it was without an Indie section. Good for them tho. Glad to see an Indie game section.
That's awesome. Good job Sony.
Great selection too.
Perhaps a bit late, but it's not like the indie titles haven't been there, they just haven't had their own section. I am glad this is happening, though, as preparation for the PS4, which looks to be a good system for indie devs. The Wii U is too, so if Microsoft can pull it off, indie devs can get the good treatment they deserve across all platforms.
HOPE THEY DO MORE SALES.
I love to see a place where indie games can be displayed and promoted. Gives people hope to see their games played widespread. Though it is a little late, I think it is very cool for playstation to do this.
Thatsa cool I dont play alot of Indie game's
