The lights are on
The last installment in Assassin's Creed III's The Tyranny of King Washington DLC, entitled The Redemption, is out today for Xbox 360 and PC (and tomorrow for the PS3), hopefully putting an end to George Washington's seizure of power.
You can take a look at trailers for all three DLC installments below, and get a glimpse at how Washington turned from America's greatest hero to its first king.
All of these episodes are available for free if you've already bought the game's season pass, or are sold separately for $7.99 or 640 Microsoft points.
The first installment: The Infamy
The second installment: The Betrayal (click for Miller's impressions of this DLC)
The final installment: The Redemption

Will you guys review this last one? I really hope this "Redemption" also counts for the DLC's past mediocre performance...
That's great. Can't wait to try it.
Hope to see a retail edition of AC3 with all the DLC included :3
I'm assuming all 3 episodes will be on sale near AC4's release, so I'll probably just wait until then.
With them all finally released, I'll actually download them and go through them. Hopefully playing through them all together works well.
Finished The Redemption earlier today...Definitly wasn't a good idea to release them in this staggered format since every episode opens up by immidiatly throwing the player into combat and basically expects them to remember all of the game's controls and systems. For someone like me (who hasn't played the single-player regularly since beating it back in October) every episode of ToKW was a frustrating trial by fire during the first half hour or so.
That being said, the story is engaging and the ending is kinda neat. I'd say if you sprung for the season pass it's worth at least a single playthrough. The new animal powers are fun to use (especially the eagle power in episode 2) but aside from them there's really nothing new or groundbreaking gameplay-wise.
i'm sorry, but being a longtime AC fan, the season pass was disappointing to me, and this game...not being an assassin anymore is really getting to me and i believe ubisoft is going in the wrong direction with being pirates and looting...i like finding different ways of sneaking up on people whether its crowds, roofs, etc...i don't like being in a boat...ubisoft really disappointed me with AC...
This game was such a joke to the series
I'll be honest, that pyramid looks extremely ridiculous for an Assassin's creed game. I mean really, a giant pyramid in Boston or New York with giant statues?!!?
The ending uber-dope!!!
This is an insult to history.
I still need to play AC3.
