"On February 11, 2013, Microsoft reported that it has sold 76 million units worldwide" If thats the case then only half of the people that have an xbox have live. (thats assuming that 10% of the xbox sales come from people buying their second or third one due to their old one dying. and if only half of the people that have an xbox also subscribe for xbox live that means Microsoft is planning on abandoning half of their fanbase. or forcing them to adapt. it could change the way we know video games but its a bold and risky move for them to feel confident enough to do it when only half of their customers go online with an xbox. this is make or break for microsoft
Xbox Live is the most *** thing in all of videogames. Why should I have to pay to access multiplayer? Its so annoying.
The smell of haters is ripe in these comments.
So glad i changed console. i rather pay for PS+
That's great. I still have mine and have 2 years remaining on my account for gold. Yes i buy multiple 12 month cards at a time and stack them. My first and current 360 Ive ever bought has lasted me 3 years and still runs flawlessly. Its because I open it up and dust it out every month. Never over heats. Its just perfect imo. Same goes for my PS3 and my PC.
Cool news. That's a lot of subscribers.
. billion! That's a major increase over last year in revenue.
This is just normal accounts, people, or M$ is lying.
As long as subscriptions on the Xbox 720 don't increase in price, I will continue to support Microsoft with my money.
