The lights are on
Earlier this month, images of a new Pokémon with a striking resemblance to Mewtwo appeared online, sparking debate over who or what this new Mewtwo is. A short video clip from Pokémon Company International may answer your questions, or stoke the debate fire.
This new Pokémon is certainly a form of Mewtwo, but I'm still confused as to whether this a whole new Mewtwo. It could be a Pichu/Pikachu situation, with this Mewtwo being a previously undiscovered prior evolution of Mewtwo.
In any case, we'll find out more when Pokémon X and Y releases later this year. Check out the clip below, and be sure to share your theories in the comments below.

SSJ 3 Mewtwo
That is an ugly Mewtwo
I thought it was going to be a separate Pokemon, rather than just a form of Mewtwo.
I guess Mewtwo really is modeled after Frieza. Their final forms are much smaller and frail looking, but obviously an evolution will be more powerful.
I'm guessing it's something along the line of Shaymin or Rotom or Deoxys. Same Pokemon, different form with different abilities.
I like to think of these as the forms of Frieza
Seems like some sort of weird Deoxys kind of thing they got going on here. No way it's an evolution, Mewtwo's just too unique for that. My money's on a new form of Mewtwo, not Mewthree or something.
