The lights are on
The alien/biker/bounter hunter is the first character to join the Injustice roster post-release. A little alcohol and and big love of violence go a long way with Lobo.
The white-skinned warrior's background has been retconned multiple times, and in his New 52 incarnation, he's not a very nice man. Living life as a slaver after murdering his entire species (save one), he made his way onto Deathstroke's contract list. The latest version of Lobo is villain through and through.
From a gameplay perspective, it makes sense that he'll fit into the ground-based Power group (along with Bane, Solomon Grundy, and Doomsday). He also has the power to grow copies of himself from his blood. This could make for an interesting set of moves. If you want to see his promotional image for yourself, he shows up in the video below at nine minutes and thirty seconds. Be sure to also read our review of NetherRealm's super-powered rumble.

THE MAIN MAN.
I'm so fraggin excited.
I'm now finished making Lobo references.
Also if you haven't seen Lobo's Paramilitary Christmas Special, it's on youtube and it's glorious.
I always imagined Lobo most similar to Solomon Grundy, with the whole "can never fully be killed" thing. Makes sense that he is compared to him, as well as the other power characters.
Loving the story of Injustice so far, it's like a slightly more "adult" version of a JLU episode.
That dude looks tough as crap
Well, there we go. I HAVE to buy Injustice now.
Hope they get his original VA, I remember really liking his character.
Frickin sweet! I was hoping they would add him. You can't have DC characters whooping up on each other and leave out Lobo.
Played this game all night. It's fantastic. Lobo is awesome, but I'm still waiting for Martian Manhunter and Red Hood.
I would love it if Animal Man made it in. One of the most interesting and stellar characters of the New 52 (in my opinion).
like come on all i want is red hood
Sorry, but the bastich *was* able to grow clones out of his blood thanks to his regeneration habilites (and why they made the fight against wolverine behind a couch or something, because it'd be impossible a wolverine win, but he's more popular, etc) but he can't anymore. He always been pretty much indestructible though.
Been waiting since forever for this and I'm going to purchase the game and DLC.
OH YES! LOBO!!!!
Is it just me, or is he *WAY* less muscular than previously seen? In particular, his hands seem awfully dainty...
