Tales of Xillia Receiving Collector’s Edition Treatment, Release Date Announced
The Tales franchise may not get as much love as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, but it’s proven to be a worthy series capable of delivering fun RPG experiences.
For fans anxiously awaiting the next game in the series, Tales of Xillia, developer Namco Bandai has announced some good news: a collector’s edition and a launch date. The PlayStation 3 exclusive will release on August 6 of this year, and will be available in a standard $59.99 version, as well as the $99.99 collector’s edition.
Though pricier, the collector’s edition offers a limited edition Milla Maxwell figure (shown above), an art book, and a special music selection CD. Give our preview a read to see what the next iteration in the series is all about.
Will any of you pick up the collector’s edition? It’s certainly better than what was offered in Tales of Vesperia’s premium edition.
